Payments to Water en Skaafsels

A subscription repeats on the same day each month until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next payment; what you have already paid for stays available until the end of that period.

SiteMinutes: cancel at siteminutes.app/account/billing or e-mail help@siteminutes.com.
Water en Skaafsels design plans: cancel renewal from your account or e-mail info@waterenskaafsels.com.

Cabinet orders are paid once. They do not repeat.

Please contact us first. Most questions are answered from the payment reference on your e-mail or statement, and we can trace any payment made to us.

Cabinets and panels are cut to your order, so an order cannot be cancelled for a refund once cutting has started. If we supplied the wrong item, or an item is faulty, we replace it at our cost. Where the law requires a refund, we refund. A SiteMinutes refund follows the SiteMinutes billing and refunds policy.

You enter your card details on DPO PayGate's secure payment page, never on ours. Water en Skaafsels never sees or stores your card number.

We will never ask for your card number, PIN or a one-time password by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone. If someone does, it is not us. Do not reply, and tell your bank.
